Reporting to the Regional Director of Client Operations, the Director of Client Operations is responsible for the overall functions related to client success and operations. They will lead a team of Client Operation Managers to ensure the RCM department maximizes the collectability of the services performed. This includes leading and managing the reimbursement approach and strategy, establishing reimbursement policies and procedures, creating, and administering ongoing training to staff, dissecting, communicating, overseeing Client Satisfaction, and upholding the integrity of the organization.
