What you'll do:

• Partner with managers and teams to support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing compensation structures, benefits programs, and career progression frameworks.
• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Support special HR projects, training initiatives, and employee experience programs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving team.
