Job Description

Responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative support services for our clients in conjunction with the Trust Administrators. Participates in the efficient administration of trust accounts for assigned client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Provides high level customer service to clients and beneficiaries relating to these accounts. Collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts or participates in special projects; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Assists in the administration of accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and monitors risk within designated authority levels. Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage retention and expansion of client relationship. Knowledgeable about all other related products and services; and may assist in cross-selling opportunities or referring them as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications - Associate degree, or equivalent work experience OR - Three or more years of trust servicing experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and bank products/services - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
