HR Employee Services Administrator

The HR Employee Services Administrator assists with ongoing operational processes, audits, and HR administrative duties to ensure business line and employees' needs are met within agreed service level agreements and federal regulations. • Manages a queue of assigned service requests and ensures timely processing and resolution occurs within specified service level agreement. • Maintains necessary personnel files and paperwork while upholding and protecting confidential employee information. • Performs back-up support to other general HR administration or administrative tasks. • Maintains a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics. • Maintains a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to assigned areas and projects. • Work with Center of Excellence members to provide high-level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine escalated inquiries. • Handle sensitive company and personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality. • Interprets customer needs accurately and develops workable technical and non-technical business solutions. • Researches and resolves discrepancies within Case Management System. • Performs back-up support to other general HR administration or administrative tasks. • Interprets customer needs accurately and develops workable technical and non-technical business solutions.
