The Quantitative Analyst will collect and analyze data from a multitude of sources to assist the trading desk in improving pricing, crafting position strategies, and building tools so better serve the team's institutional client base. Candidates are expected to have the following traits and skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience

In depth background in mathematics, statistics, data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Strong Python development skills and familiarity with quantitative and machine learning libraries.

Ability to store and interpret large datasets in the cloud.

Familiarity with MLOPs.

Adherence to software engineering best practices.

Good intrapersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
