About the Role

This role is a strategic addition to support the transformation of back-office operations. It is designed to accelerate and drive change through process optimization, automation enablement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead initiatives aimed at transforming workflows to deliver faster, smarter, and more cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
  • Lead the delivery of transformation initiatives from design through to execution.
  • Collaborate across teams to generate and prioritize ideas that improve speed, quality, and cost.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Foster In-Person Collaboration

  • Maintain a minimum of 3 days per week in-office presence.
  • Build strong relationships to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Encourage diverse perspectives and face-to-face engagement to strengthen transformation culture.

Make It Easy

  • Drive transformation governance through data-driven prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across workstreams, breaking down actions and timelines.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management.

Automation & Process Innovation

  • Design or coordinate designing and implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions using tools like Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
  • Translate operational pain points into scalable automation opportunities.
  • Champion automation adoption across teams, including training and change management.
  • Monitor and optimize automation impact using data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft toolkits and intelligent automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
