Loan Documentation Specialist - Negotiable Collateral Monitoring - Dealer Audit

Supports the Negotiable Collateral Monitoring and Dealer Audit team with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. For Negotiable Collateral Monitoring, this may include but is not limited to monitoring of the shared mailbox, tracking and valuation of negotiable collateral statements, processing reports, system maintenance, placing/removing holds on deposit accounts, and special projects. For Dealer Audit, this may include but is not limited to monitoring of the shared mailbox, reviewing and processing credit actions and annual reviews, audit scheduling validations, vendor invoice reconciliation, business line notifications, processing reports, and assisting Audit Specialists with data entry in various applications.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Typically six to eight years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment. Elevated knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting data). Attention to detail with focus on producing high quality results. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Adaptable to changing processes and procedures.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
