Actively identifies and attracts prospects and customers for new trust and custody business through intermediaries and direct prospect outreach. Cultivates and maintains relationships with numerous sources of new business including investment consultants, investment managers, third party administrators, attorneys, auditors, and banking partners. Meets with prospective clients to explain the company's trust and custody services and assists clients in evaluating their needs. Develops and delivers customized client proposals and presentations. Maintains a continuing relationship with existing customers to retain business and develop additional business. Establishes and maintains a network of key people in the industry and community.

Basic Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in financial services industry - Previous experience working with institutional investors: Corporations, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Government Entities, Unions or Non-Profit/Higher Education entities.

Preferred Skills/Experience

-Eight or more years of sales related experience to employee benefit plans, insurance trusts, or custody portfolios to institutional investors

- Strong business development and sales skills - Ability to network, to build and cultivate profitable relationships - Well-developed ability to proactively identify and capitalize on business development opportunities - Advanced knowledge of institutional investments in public and private markets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Negotiation skills

-Experience working with investment consultants and investment managers.
