Location expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
Provides senior-level project leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Dealer Services collateral and/or auto lending (including indirect lending) programs. Owns delivery from intake through implementation, aligning stakeholders across business, operations, compliance/risk, and technology to drive measurable outcomes, reduce execution risk, and improve speed-to-market for dealer and customer-facing changes.
Leads large and/or highly complex initiatives with multiple workstreams; develops integrated project plans, resource alignment, dependency management, and governance to meet commitments.
Drives end-to-end stakeholder alignment across Dealer Services, Product, Sales/Field, Operations, Technology, Compliance/Legal, Risk, and vendor/partner teams; escalates and resolves issues to keep delivery on track.
Leads project initiation sessions and facilitates working forums; ensures clear scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and decisioning throughout the lifecycle.
Partners with content owners and control functions to deliver compliant collateral and communications; manages versioning, approvals, controlled distribution, and change impacts.
Develops and maintains project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, status reporting, cutover/runbooks, readiness checklists) and provides executive-ready communications and recommendations.
Coordinates implementation readiness (training, job aids, dealer enablement, operational procedures) and validates operational adoption post-launch; identifies opportunities to improve processes and reduce cycle time.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Advanced knowledge of project management. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Dealer Services collateral (dealer enablement materials, program guides, disclosures, job aids) and content governance/controls (versioning, approvals, controlled distribution). Auto lending knowledge, including indirect lending and dealer channel operations. Experience delivering initiatives in a regulated environment with Compliance/Legal/Risk review and approval workflows. Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence (or similar) and writing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria). Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery experience; ability to lead across multiple workstreams and drive dependency management.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
