Brings to the data governance team Data as a Product in service to Data Governance as a Service mindset within the Operations business unit.
The candidate will work within the Operations business unit and collaborate with various teams, including Business Insights & Performance, Operations, and Technology. Candidate will require knowledgeable application of Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization tools, and data processing methods (like ETL and ELT) to gather requirements and understand the flow of data from creation to usage. The candidate will support Data Engineering, Reporting & Analytics, Compliance, and Risk teams by leveraging current and future Enterprise Data Governance tools.

A senior individual who works independently with minimal supervision. Strong technical/functional understanding of systems and platforms, including how they are interconnected. Knowledgeable in SQL across various languages (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, Etc…). Strategically assesses business needs and recommends approaches for both short-term success and long-term success across the data landscape as it pertains to serving data consumers and quality expectations. Strong analytical skills. Communicates well across Technical and Business partners. Great problem-solving skills. Great risk documentation skills and the ability to hold teams accountable for sustaining data governance in the work that they do.
Location: The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
