Key Responsibilities: Release Management Leadership Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for Salesforce and nCino platforms, including planning, blackout strategy, sandbox coordination, cutover execution, and post-go-live validation. Cross-Functional Influence Lead by influence across product, engineering, QA, UAT, and business operations teams. Foster collaboration and resolve blockers without formal reporting lines Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the connective tissue between business and technology. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness across all phases of delivery. Agile Execution & Governance Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness. Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and audit protocols. Operational Excellence Support Salesforce data refinement, user experience modernization, and integration efforts with platforms Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical and business plans, mock entry/exit reports, and contingency strategies for rollback
Basic Qualifications: Master's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of experience in project management activities Preferred Skills/Experience Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles in financial services or enterprise environments Strong background in Agile, hybrid delivery models, and stakeholder coordination Experience leading without authority in matrixed organizations Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and related integrations Excellent communication, risk management, and change leadership skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
