Java Api Engineer

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Java API Engineer (multiple positions) in Philadelphia, PA.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build APIs for credit card management services.
• Design workflows based on product requirements.
• Implement microservices to support API development.
• Perform unit and behavior testing to ensure reliability.
• Deploy services using containerization tools.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, and 2 years in a Software Developer, or related, occupation.

Required Skills/Experience: Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Message-based java application development; Java, EJBs, servlets, JSP, and Struts; Spring-core, Spring MVC, Spring-ws, Spring-data, and Spring-security; GitHub and Jenkins; AJAX, JavaScript, and XML; RESTful API; and, Unit testing using Junit framework.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $109,845 - $155,000.
