The Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team by preparing and processing customer accounts, gathering and reviewing sales information, collaborating with other employees and listening to customers' needs. The Sales Support Specialist addresses customer inquiries with a positive attitude. Assist customers with their car buying quest. Partnering with dealerships to connect clients with dealerships to meet their needs. Assist customers with the auto lending process.

Location expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. Tempe, AZ- In office 4 days per week.
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm CT shift is between these hours
