U.S. Bank is hiring a Custody Operations Specialist to support our Global Settlements team within Wealth Operations.
Some responsibilities include but not limited too:
- Accountable for setting up securities, general account and asset level maintenance.
- Effectively and accurately coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines.
- Understands and achieves established Service Level Agreements.
- Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, fund services, trade services and external brokers via email and phone

Location: 3+ days at Schlitz Park, Milwaukee; 2 days remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm CST
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of SWIFT for global settlements
- Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within the financial industry
- Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
