Custody Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Custody Operations Specialist to join our newly formed Vault Team within our Physical Processing team. This role is responsible for supporting the processing and maintenance of client accounts and physical assets. You will handle asset intake, placement, delivery, and retrieval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

This position is onsite 5 days a week. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling physical assets: placing items on shelves, fulfilling delivery requests, and scanning documents.
  • Managing requests from the shared SPQR inbox queue.
  • Performing asset refiling and light lifting (e.g., boxes, folders).
  • Communicating effectively with administrative teams to resolve issues.
  • Adapting to shifting priorities and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Meeting service level agreements and ensuring compliance with departmental policies.
  • This is a dynamic role within a new team, offering the opportunity to grow and learn as processes evolve.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, and products/services
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer navigation

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in or near Saint Paul, MN

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
