Job Description

Processes incoming credit requests, pulls reports, ensures requests meet guidelines, creates account records, and assigns to designated work queues. Verifies, processes, and documents information related to all aspects of standard and non-standard contract and credit documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identifies and files credit and collateral documentation. Coordinates with Contracts and KYC teams related to resigns, terminations, name changes and mergers to maintain data integrity.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five or more years of clerical and/or lending operations experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of lending operations, loan processing, documentation requirements and credit policies and procedures
  • Well-developed records management and clerical skills
  • Excellent customer service/relations skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
