Bobst North America Inc. seeks a Zone Service Director and Key Account Manager in Parsippany, NJ. Duties include building up an effective Services sales organization in the Zone in alignment with business development needs, strategy and values. Lead and optimize the customer care, FST scheduling. Develop and implement internal and external training. Work toward the long-term Business Plan 2030 objectives: +100M topline (vs 2022), +23M$ EBIT (vs 2022), increase quote conversion by 1%/year over next 3 years, from 1000 M+ inspection to 1500, from 1000 connected machines to 2300, M&A: contribute to the acquisition of SUN09 and SUN10, contribute to the Eterna integration, contribute to the set-up of a Remanufacturing center, successful introduction of Aurora new services business, support the development of tooling strategy, (Die Maker certification, Rotary, etc.). Come up with recommendations of potential new business solutions or approach. Come up with recommendations of potential acquisitions in the Zone or American Region. Keep Sales Force projects pipeline up-to-date and review pipeline monthly with ASMs. Act as the escalation point for customer issues and continuously improve customer care and FST scheduling. Act as an active member of the core team for successful implementation of BOBST Engage. Ensure governance and discipline once BOBST Engage is implemented in the Americas. Part of the core team in charge of implementing an efficient Competence Center in terms of content and visits (demo, training, IOT). Visit customers with ASMs (about 10 customers/month/min) with visit report for each visit. Ensure contact with FSTs present at customer during customer visit. Ensure a strong collaboration across BUs and support the business model, bundle service deals with Machine sales. Be an ambassador of the Company in term of corporate culture, business behaviors and leadership manifesto.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, plus 3 years of experience. 3 years of experience with strategic sales leadership 3 years of experience with Key Account Management (KAM) 3 years of experience with Market & Industry Expertise 3 years of experience with Team Development & Cross-Functional Leadership 3 years of experience with Customer-Centric Mindset & Relationship Building. 30 - 50% domestic and international travel required. 40 hours/week, $155,189 - $178,000 per year. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
