Position Overview

As a Yard and Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right materials---safely, efficiently, and with a smile. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Unload, receive, label, and stage materials with accuracy and care.

Load Building: Assemble and verify outgoing loads to ensure they are safe, secure, and correct.

Customer Support: Assist customers with material pick-ups and provide knowledgeable, friendly service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, customers, and team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environment.

Perform physically demanding work, including:

• Lifting and loading materials up to 100 lbs.
• Working outdoors year-round.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum age: 18 years

Chauffeur's license or CDL preferred (not required)
