Forklift - Inventory - Union Job

We're hiring a Material Handling Associate to support production by receiving, storing, and delivering materials throughout our facility. You'll run a forklift, track inventory, and keep production moving in a clean, quiet work environment. If you like organized work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that builds meaningful products - this is a solid long-term opportunity.
Receive, store, and issue materials, tools, and equipment
Count, sort, and weigh incoming materials to match invoices and requisitions
Label and mark materials for tracking and identification
Operate gas or electric forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials
Load and operate a stress relieving oven
Perform daily and weekly TPM tasks
Keep inventory accurate and supply production workers as needed
Complete MRP transactions (issues and receipts)
Organized, steady work
Clear procedures and expectations
Critical role supporting production
1+ year of material handling or inventory experience
Comfortable operating forklifts
Experience with inventory systems or MRP (issues & receipts)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Can follow written and verbal instructions in English
Vocational school, high school diploma, or GED required
On-the-job training provided for company-specific processes
Open production floor with great lighting
Very clean and quiet facility
Organized, well-run operation
Conveniently located right off Highway 14 in North Mankato

This is a permanent position based out of North Mankato, MN.
The pay range for this position is $51125.00 - $54080.00/yr.
