The Scaled Partnerships Vendor Operations Manager will work with our team of outsourced Media Experts around the globe to ensure they are effectively deployed to deliver value to creators and AI enthusiasts, helping them grow and achieve their potential. The Vendor Operations Manager will improve our operational and project management infrastructure to support the successful deployment of Scaled Partnerships' third party vendors.

Workforce operations: resource allocation planning, forecasting and deployment, timelines and workflows, supervision of vendor and Outsourced Partner Management R&Rs
Operations optimization: drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning to enhance vendor performance and service delivery
report regularly on vendor results
Operations planning and monitoring: support capacity planning, maintenance and monitoring, coordinate participation in business review calls, as well as vendor reporting
Management of vendor resources and budgets: coordinate vendor OpEx spend and footprint optimization, aggregating regional forecasts and actuals, providing quarterly forecasts to finance and leadership and coordinating PO accruals process
Governance and compliance: ensure compliance with contractual agreements and oversee governance processes related to vendor operations
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience in vendor management, operations management, project/program management, or partner management
Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
Superb communication skills and proven experience successfully working with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership and management skills to oversee vendor teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Financial acumen, including ability to create and read budgets and invoices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technology company or startup, particularly managing partners or vendor teams
Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
Public Compensation:
$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
