The Store Support team is dedicated to delivering operational excellence and innovative solutions that empower our stores and financial services teams. What you'll do:

• Develop relationships with store leadership to understand pressure and friction points
• Support field conference calls to educate and gain insights
• Analyze data and develop guidance with low performing markets
• At times will travel to problematic areas to help learn, teach and gain insights
• Lead and execute complex projects and programs from planning to rollout
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend business solutions
• Develop and implement operational tools and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of growth and belonging

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Experience in financial services or a related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
• Masters: Operations Management
• Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
