We're seeking an Upstream Marketing Manager, EMEA to drive all regional upstream marketing activities for our GYN Surgical Solutions portfolio, shaping our roadmap, launches, and growth strategy in line with international objectives.
What to Expect
Lead new product introductions (NPI), OEM, and business-enabling projects across EMEA
Develop long-term portfolio roadmaps and robust business cases to secure future growth
Manage the full lifecycle of the portfolio under your responsibility
Drive upstream projects to successful completion within a matrix organization
Align, prioritize, and execute upstream marketing activities to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities
Support and guide in-country commercial teams to maximize opportunities within the franchise(s)
What We Expect
Master's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field
Extensive international/European marketing experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience
Proven experience managing upstream and downstream marketing with diverse regional and corporate stakeholders
Strong understanding of current and future market needs and priorities in the surgical space and EMEAC business/competitive landscape
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and marketing excellence practices
Demonstrated success in project management of complex NPIs and business-enabling projects
Competence in portfolio lifecycle management and strategic planning
Ability to build strong business cases from concept to approved project charter to execution
Ability to elaborate product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Ability to translate unmet customer needs into product specifications
Strong stakeholder and KOL management skills, including collaboration with market access, scientific affairs, quality, regulatory, legal, R&D and operations
High proficiency in conducting and analyzing market studies to inform business decisions
Ability to clearly communicate objectives, plans and progress to divisional and regional teams
Entrepreneurial, ambitious and action-oriented, with a focus on accelerated growth and minimizing friction
Self-starter with a passion for the surgical market
Strong negotiation, influencing and engagement skills with high-performing commercial teams.
