Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative

Location: ONSITE - Tulsa, OK

Start Date: 12/15/2025

Pay Rate: $18/hr with no mortgage experience - $20/hr with mortgage experience

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Program Hours:

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST

Days of Operation: Monday-Saturday

The Role

As a Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer support and resolve borrower inquiries. You will handle a variety of servicing tasks while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service support via phone and digital channels.

Process demographic changes (address, name, email, authorized contacts).

Handle inbound collection calls and initiate outbound calls using LiveVox software.

Resolve delinquency through real-time payment methods (e.g., Speedpay) and loss mitigation alternatives.

Manage statement inquiries, phone payments, and due date changes.

Support bankruptcy and foreclosure processes.

Review account credit history and manage complaint escalations.

Negotiate account cure/liquidation options (extensions, payment plans).

Process payoffs, escrow requests, document requests, and billing inquiries.

Assist with web support and password resets.

Identify reasons for customer calls and provide solutions using scripted materials.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.

Ensure all calls are handled through completion and follow up on escalated cases.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1+ years as a mortgage customer service representative.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent mortgage servicing knowledge.

Ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility with scheduling and adaptability to change.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Full benefits 401K PTO Sutherland cash, that can be spent online.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
