Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking someone who can:

• Respond to data-related queries from other departments

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have:

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role
• Fast typing skills (40+ WPM) with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work

Preferred Skills

We are seeking individuals who may also bring:

• Experience with CRM systems or database software
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and formatting
• Familiarity with document scanning or cloud-based storage tools
