Work Location: Livonia, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: Plan, manage, schedule, monitor, and provide technical direction for various IT/engineering projects in software and product development, specializing in Agile methodology. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, scope, and schedules. Interact with the stakeholders to define and finalize project objectives. Hold regular team meetings to allocate tasks to the team. Work with the required technologies for each project while updating them when advanced versions are released. Update stakeholders via regular reports. Establish and train teams, when necessary, on technical processes and strategies. Oversee technical operations. Establish and implement training methods for technical personnel. Involved in allocating resources based on the project requirements/technical skills, managing budgets, and tracking project progress. Responsible for business and functional requirement documentation, along with user stories, epics, test planning, and production support. Interpret key performance metrics, generate strategic insights, and present technical information to stakeholders. Involved in end-to-end software validation, verification, user acceptance, and regression testing to ensure system reliability and performance. Create technical training materials, workflow documentation, and user guides to enhance product usability and support engineering teams. Meet project deadlines, manage cross-functional teams' collaboration, and ensure accountability in project execution.
Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Product Engineer or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams. 40hrs/week.
