What's a typical day as Talent Marketing Consultant? You'll be:

Building, managing, and optimizing the Career Site to provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Creating strategic recommendations and innovative campaigns that drive candidate engagement through compelling content, visuals, and video concepts.

Leading the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to attract high-priority candidate pools.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 4 years of related experience in marketing, employee experience, or customer-facing HR roles.

Possess a strong understanding of digital technologies and demonstrate an innovative mindset.

Are adept at juggling competing priorities and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's Degree (required)

1-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing roles.

Experience in process improvement is desirable.
