Staff Software Engineer, Ai Workload Management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Design and implement large-scale, distributed control plane software from the ground up, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

Develop the logic responsible for managing system state, configuration distribution, and resource orchestration across massive clusters.

Build the foundational primitives and reference architectures for workload orchestration that interacts directly with control plane components.

Lead the deployment of software stacks across on-premises data centers and hybrid cloud environments.

Support several junior engineers and collaborate closely with partner teams to drive project timelines and ensure cross-team alignment.
