We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to build customer-facing product features for our clients Personal Loans vertical. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality solutions with strong observability and reliability. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise and the ability to execute technical tasks independently after onboarding.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $90 / hr. W2
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs for customer-facing features.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code with robust observability and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.
Work with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
Experience Requirements:
Strong backend engineering experience with a Computer Science background.
Proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and CI/CD deployment tools.
Experience working with microservices architecture.
Ability to work independently and deliver on time with minimal supervision.
Education Requirements:
Computer Science Degree
