Sr. Analyst, Commerce Marketing, Shopper

The PepsiCo Commerce Marketing Team is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to serve as Sr. Analyst, Commerce Marketing, Shopper for Ahold Delhaize USA, the largest grocery retail group on the East Coast. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, leading the development of insights-based strategies and omnichannel shopper programs that unlock growth across the PepsiCo Foods portfolio (Frito-Lay and Quaker). Responsibilities:

  • Sr. Shopper Marketing Analyst - Lead all scaled PepsiCo Foods omnichannel marketing initiatives from brief through to execution, including Power Of One programs.
  • Wiring & Collaboration - Partner effectively with sales, digital commerce, retail media and PBUS marketing to align and execute priorities across the 5 ADUSA banners (Food Lion, Stop & Shop, The Giant Company, Hannaford, and Giant Food).
  • Media Planning & Creative Development - Collaborate with Retail Media to brief and inspire agency partners to create campaigns grounded in retailer-specific opportunities.
  • Analytics - Deliver rigorous performance analysis and clear recommendations to optimize future programming.
  • Budget - Steward the A&M budget, driving efficient and effective investment decisions.
  • Strategic Support - Support Commerce Marketing leadership on strategic projects and contribute to annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions. Support annual omnichannel planning and budget development as well as priority alignment across BrandCos.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years prior marketing experience.

Highly responsive, proactive, and able to identify opportunities and set the agenda. Marketing Analytics: Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies. Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused plans. Collaborating and Influencing: Demonstrated success leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, and influencing key stakeholders. Strategic Problem Solving: Strong strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent Communicator: Ability to educate and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Agency management: Experience partnering with and guiding agency teams is a plus.
