We are looking for a senior finance leader with proven success in providing strategic financial leadership to guide Barrow Neurological Foundation's long-term sustainability and growth. Reporting directly to the Foundation President, the Senior Director of Philanthropy Operations and Finance will partner closely with the Board of Trustees, Women's Board, Barrow Neurological Institute leadership and key external constituents to ensure strong financial planning, oversight, and decision-making across all philanthropic activities.
The position requires a forward-thinking, analytical, and results-driven leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights, manage risk, optimize resources, and drive performance while supporting operational infrastructure as needed.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
Seven (7) years of experience in philanthropy accounting/finance preferred.
Five (5) years experience in a senior management role.
Demonstrated accomplishments successfully dealing with major strategy and operational issues.
Experience facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
Preferred Skills, Training and Licensure:
CPA.
CFO experience.
Investment experience.
Knowledge of nonprofit and public charity rules and regulations.
Google Workspace proficiency
General ledger accounting systems.
CRM and Lawson experience.
