What's in it for you?

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts depending on business needs (Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.; Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)

Potential for assignment extensions

Safe work environment with essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manually load/unload products and prepare materials for processing.

Operate within warehouse and sterilization procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Perform general housekeeping and maintain organized, clean work areas.

Identify and report potential safety risks.

Support timely and accurate production schedules.

Follow detailed written procedures and company policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience: Manufacturing/Warehouse Preferred (not required).

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Effective communication and time management skills.

Physical abilities to lift 20-50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
