Pay Range:
The target annual pay range for this position is $162,183 - $202,729. The full annual pay range is $162,183 - $243,275.
We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Drives innovation by continuously evaluating emerging technologies including Ai, edge computing, and developer experience platforms to align engineering practices with future business needs.
Manages team workloads, sprint planning, and project timelines for efficient project delivery.
Oversees the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in software design, cloud infrastructure, and security.
Collaborates with Software Architects to implement scalable microservices and distributed systems, while adopting CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Evaluates and integrates emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Implements Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline development processes and ensure timely delivery.
Promotes DevOps best practices with a focus on continuous integration, deployment, and site reliability engineering.
Maintains coding standards and compliance frameworks while managing technical debt and scalability planning.
Ensures adherence to security best practices, secure coding techniques, and vulnerability management.
Collaborates with security teams to enforce compliance with regulatory standards and lead incident response efforts.
