The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Software Engineer-Test & Verification (Associate or Experienced) to support our KC-46 team located in Tukwila, Washington. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization.
In this role, the individual will be part of the Software Test team conducting software/hardware integration testing and formal qualification test (FQT) of Aerial Refueling and Mission System Software with a focus on leadership, quality, process improvement, tool improvement and test automation.
We are seeking an individual that is passionate about aerospace and excited to work in a multi-disciplined, collaborative engineering environment that supports the design, development, and implementation of software for existing and emerging government and international programs.
This exciting position requires demonstrated experience as a Software Test engineer, knowledge of the full software development life cycle (requirements, design, code, test and certification), and the clear exhibition of superior judgment and decision making to engineer new solutions and support existing capabilities for multiple programs and customers. Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start).

Summary pay range for Associate Level: $90,950 - $123,050
Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $112,200 - $151,800
