We are seeking a highly skilled software engineering manager with strong experience in life insurance domain, azure cloud services, and.net technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Drive the design and development of scalable applications using.net core, c#, and azure services.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and devops.

Oversee the implementation of secure, compliant solutions tailored for the life insurance industry.

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Domain expertise: strong understanding of life insurance products, policy administration, claims, and underwriting processes.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in.net framework,.net core, c#, and related technologies.

Hands-on experience with azure services (app services, functions, storage, azure devops, etc.).

Knowledge of microservices architecture, rest apis, and sql server.

Leadership: proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and ci/cd pipelines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
