Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for NA Soy Network Dashboards
Respond to user feedback and enhance dashboard features as needed
Integrate Satake Enpresor equipment monitoring into the existing dashboard environment
Develop and deploy automated poor-performance detection algorithms
Implement automated notifications for appropriate sites and operators
Generate actionable color sorter setting insights based on Quality Bin Sample scores
Collaborate with operators to optimize equipment settings and reduce defects
Deliver monthly status and progress updates on dashboard performance and improvements
Create and maintain documentation for new features, integrations, and workflows
Develop training materials for operators and management as needed
Provide recommendations for future dashboard enhancements and automation opportunities
Pay rate for this position is between $37-$40/hr

Skills and requirements
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and data retrieval
Experience working within secure, controlled environments
Proficiency with SQL, Python, and C# (Windows-based development)
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, OT networking)
Experience with Grafana or similar dashboard and visualization tools (preferred)
Ability to bridge industrial systems (PLC/OT) with modern software development
Software engineering background with a MIS, Computer Engineering, or related technical degree (advanced degree not required)
