Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the IT Data Engineering department supporting large-scale data analysis and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver effective solutions.

Leverage expertise in Power BI reporting, data analysis, and data curation for large IT data projects.

What's Needed?

5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.

Deep expertise in Power BI reporting and data analysis for IT data management.

Strong understanding of data curation and large-scale data projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop strategic solutions.
