Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of home improvement loans according to established workflow, procedures, and regulations.

Ensure all contract and applicant information is accurately verified and entered correctly.
Follow up with clients on any outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete the processing of loans.
Perform detailed review of all documentation to ensure that loans meet credit guidelines.
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
Meet or exceed production targets.
Manage multiple loan files at one time, each with minimal amount of complexity.
Escalate any problems that may arise.

High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience
Excellent problem solving skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
Six months loan processing experience
