We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the innovative Digital Voice team for a high-impact Genesys Cloud IVR migration project. This role focuses on developing middleware solutions that integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise backends such as SAP, Oracle, and AWS.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Middleware Development: Design and implement integration components to connect Genesys Cloud IVR workflows with backend systems.

API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and manage secure API gateways.

Serverless Functions: Develop AWS Lambda functions and manage integrations with AWS services (S3, API Gateway).

Backend Integration: Connect middleware with SAP and Oracle systems using APIs and data transformation techniques.

DevOps: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions and Jenkins.

Infrastructure Automation: Use Terraform for provisioning and configuration management.

Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage middleware services using Kubernetes.

Security & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and authorization for APIs and cloud services.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Experience Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java for middleware and microservices development.

Hands-on experience with Python for serverless computing.

Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).

Education Requirements:

Previous work-related experience or degree in related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
