Senior Supplier Services Program Coordinator

About the Role

As a Senior Supplier Services Program Coordinator, you will support OCI's colocation supplier management program, with a strong focus on contract administration. You will assist in coordinating contract lifecycles, tracking compliance with contract terms, and maintaining documentation. You'll work closely with senior team members to coordinate activities, track performance metrics, and contribute to day-to-day operational tasks. Your role is key in ensuring efficient operations and providing timely support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing supplier performance and relationships under direct supervision
  • Support contract administration activities, including maintaining contracts, coordinating renewals, and ensuring supplier adherence to contractual obligations
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify basic trends
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, field operations, procurement, and finance to help meet organizational goals
  • Provide timely responses to customer and supplier issues via ticket management
  • Prepare communication materials (newsletters, status updates, meeting content)
  • Work with internal teams to identify and report process gaps or contract-related issues requiring escalation
  • Participate in business meetings and contribute to executive write-ups as directed

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant program coordination, operations, or contract administration experience (preferably in data center, IT, or enterprise environments)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting tools
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, with some experience collaborating across departments or globally distributed teams
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with changes in direction
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills; proactive approach to taking on new challenges

Preferred

  • Experience supporting virtual teams or remote work environments
  • Track record of taking initiative and contributing to process and contract improvements
