Senior Product Specialist, Digital Marketing

Our client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Senior Product Specialist, Digital Marketing for their remote location. Responsibilities include:

Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, this role involves:

• Assisting product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solution(s)
• Supporting product owners on digital initiatives within a portfolio
• Assisting with day-to-day execution of product roadmap
• Documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and working sessions
• Preparing tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA on decisions made from team meetings
• Helping review BA UI and Functional stories prior to Entry Amigo
• Assisting with Discovery work and Epic creation
• Working cross functionally with internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
• Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product based on business value and/or ROI
• Assisting with product release plans and setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Helping Product owners with UAT
• Communicating feature releases to stakeholders and Business SMEs
• Being the advocate for the customer while balancing the business needs

Requirements include:

• 2+ years' experience in the digital field
• A positive attitude and excitement to learn new solutions and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker
• Product owner experience a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• EDI Implementation or Punchout experience a plus
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus
• Jira experience a plus
