We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of analog circuits and electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate electrical components across platforms, overseeing analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, and developing control algorithms tailored to specific operational needs.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of analog circuits and electrical systems.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for component integration across platforms.
Oversee analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance system performance.
Develop and implement control algorithms and systems.
Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to source high-quality components.
Provide mentorship and guidance in electrical engineering principles.
Draft comprehensive technical documentation for clear communication.
Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies.
Essential Skills
At least 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Deep expertise in electrical system architecture, power electronics, and control systems.
Proven track record in leading and managing diverse electrical projects.
At least 5 years experience in analog/digital circuit design.
Experience in filter design and PCB design.
Ability to test and troubleshoot designs.
Proficiency in Altium, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C/C++.
Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and PLCs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Familiarity with the latest safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication abilities and collaborative teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on project quality and timeliness.
Familiarity with Directed Energy and Space Domain Awareness technologies.

This is a permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr. I have all of the benefits in a document. I also have their internal package that we can send candidates if they have any questions.
