Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team. This role primarily involves handling user configuration requests and resolving a significant volume of support tickets daily. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Service Desk and be adept at maintaining SLA compliance.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
