Sales Support Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in assisting sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless coordination and communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing post-sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and assist customers in navigating product options and order processes.
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts to follow up with clients and identify potential opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Process and manage order entries with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions to support reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, fostering positive relationships and trust.
  • Provide administrative support to sales managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support or a related role, with expertise in post-sales activities.
  • Strong skills in inbound and outbound sales, with a track record of achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in order entry systems and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
