Sales Support Specialist
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for assisting account managers and sales executives in driving revenue growth by streamlining processes, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain CRM databases and update client information.
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Assist with client follow-ups and post-sale support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
