This contract-to-permanent position focuses on facilitating smooth sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining effective communication between various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Accurately process and enter sales orders while adhering to quality standards.
Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and international partners to verify specifications and ensure timely delivery.
Request, review, and manage quotes for new or customized product orders.
Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to all relevant parties.
Maintain organized and accessible documentation for purchase orders, quotes, and related records.
Assist in resolving discrepancies in sales orders and support general sales operations.
Communicate technical details effectively between domestic and overseas teams.
Utilize order entry systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide post-sales support to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with order entry systems.
Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
Capability to interpret technical information, including drawings or blueprints.
Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience in post-sales support and both inbound and outbound sales.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to facilitate information exchange across teams and partners.
