Sales Representative Position

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in sales and a track record of successful negotiations
A valid driver's license and your own dependable vehicle are essential, as travel is a key component of this role
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is crucial
Desired Experience:
Metal fabrication processes
Familiarity with AutoCAD and experience in engineering or design
First-hand knowledge of packing house operations and equipment applications
Desired Skills:
Initiative and drive are essential for success in this role
The ability to recover from setbacks and build strong relationships with clients
Proficient in conveying technical information and processes to clients
Starting Salary Range $60,000 - $75,000 annual depending on experience, plus commission

Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

You will be responsible for assessing the needs of both current and potential customers, taking their input, and developing industry-leading solutions using our innovative technology.
