We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Representative to conduct residential consultations and in-home sales appointments. The ideal candidate will provide accurate job measurements, pricing, and proposals, while building strong customer relationships to close sales. This role involves generating leads through various channels, both company-provided and self-generated, and maintaining professional appearance and communication standards.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Experience in construction or home improvement sales.
Ability to manage 25-30 appointments per month.

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Availability for a Monday-Saturday schedule, with primary appointments during evenings and Saturdays.
Work Environment
This position requires driving to appointments, as there is no home office. The role offers a commission-based compensation structure, with 10% of sale value and additional bonuses based on deposit size. Sales representatives receive a weekly business expense allowance of $250, contingent on scheduling. There is a flexible compensation structure with upside potential for top performers, including quarterly individual bonus plans available with mutually agreed targets. The role includes W-2 employment with weekly direct deposits.
