About this job:
This role needs someone who is a self-driven go-getter with a successful sales history of at least 3-5 years. We are seeking someone who is experienced at building their own pipeline of prospects. You will be "hunting" and cultivating commercial businesses in the central atlantic area including Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery counties, as well as parts of northern virginia and south central pennsylvania. Company vehicle will be provided. Home with families every night!
Your ability to learn and maintain a crm that includes prospects, and existing clients will help you get up to speed quickly in this role. Your ability to build genuine and lasting client partnerships for a company that has built an exceptional customer service model.
Best candidates will have:
Experience building your own pipeline of prospects
Demonstrated experience in identifying and providing solutions to c-level decision makers
Experience with nurturing relationships through the sales cycle
Track record of closing new contracts by identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and overcoming objections
Have experience as a community networker who enjoys meeting and connecting with people through chamber, rotary and/or leads groups
Live in the 50-mile radius sales territory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
