Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Professional for the Greater Pittsburgh Market. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for personalized products, engraving, promotional products, and e-commerce with a strong focus on business-to-business sales. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging directly with clients, identifying product opportunities, and helping the company stay competitive within popular and emerging markets. You will play a key role in helping expand our product catalog by identifying items that are currently in demand, especially those suitable for marketing purposes, laser engraving, or personalization.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong relationship building skills, ethical sales practices, and managing business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads and demonstrate the company's capabilities
  • Research current trends in marketing and promotional products as well as awards and additional services offered
  • Assist in developing new product ideas based on trending niches and seasonal demand.
  • Work independently and communicate with management on leads and potential sales.
  • Identify and monitor competitors in the market to remain competitive with pricing, offerings, and value of the company's service.
  • Communicate with the shop owner and management regarding new client opportunities and listing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with promotional products and awards is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to research trends and identify high-demand product ideas.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in engraving, personalization, or handmade goods.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test.

Hours & Pay:

4 days a week in field with day at office in Ebensburg.

Probationary pay rate based on experience including base salary and commission to be reviewed after 90 days.

Bonuses based on performance and ability to bring on new commercial customers.

Flexible time off with paid time off negotiable after probationary period.
