Responsibilities:
Serve as Salesforce administrator, maintaining CRM data integrity and system accuracy
Build and optimize workflows (Flows, Process Builder) to automate the transition from "Closed-Won" to Order Processing
Ensure seamless integration between sales, fulfillment, and accounting systems
Online Order Oversight
Manage intake of orders from online sales platforms
Validate and reconcile order data as it flows into CRM and accounting systems
Troubleshoot integration or sync errors between platforms
Order Fulfillment Coordination
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and fulfillment
• Verify inventory availability prior to release
• Generate packing slips and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments
Performs quality control (QC) inspections in accordance with the equipment's approved service manual to ensure the device operates to OEM specifications
Understands and implements the company's software system to track work and input
Works well in a multi-task, high volume environment and can triage accordingly
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, E-commerce Operations, or Order Management
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including:
• Flows
• Process Builder
• Reporting & Dashboards
• Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and automation
